My name is Mohammed Al afif , I’m holding a Yamani passport and i was born and rise in Dubai I’m working as a police officer in police force since 2006 , I had a bachelor degree in LAW and ECONMIC. I’m 30 year old and not get married ever and i don’t have kids , I had a student US visa (F-1) and it will be expire on last DEC 2017 , I would move to US and get a green card and citizenship and settle there and working hard and study there and Because of the current situation in Yemen we had WAR WE CANT GO BACK TO OUR HOME AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE and its terrible my Father contract in Dubai is done after more than 35 years serving and he is above 60 year old and we don’t have the retire system as we are not local in UAE so we should go back to our country because he is taking care of all the family and its terrible in those current situation SO AS YOU ARE A LAWYER IF I CAME TO US using my student visa could you help me to change my states of visa as a refuge or work permanent or anything else which its help as and how long the process will be in court to take a approval and how will be the payment for the fee.
