Hello everyone.

STBX and I have a hearing Tuesday. I just today recieved her response to my declaration. What are the Los Angeles California local rules regarding time periods to file before the hearing? Can I ask the judge to not consider her response because it was filed too late?

Of course, maybe I should leave it in because she lied several times and maybe I can use it to cast doubt on her credibility.

Thanks for any insight into this matter.

This is one website which may help you with Court rules.

If she was given a deadline to have her response in, I believe it can be stricken from the records - unless you find some of the information pertinent to YOUR case.

Either way - you may want to prepare for both scenarios....
