What is the name of your state? Indiana
I will be forced to abandon my HUD home. I notice a neighbor who did the same - his grass has grown out of control. I have fallen on hard financial times due to a hospitalization. Will I be billed if the state (whomever) cuts my grass? Thanks very much for any advice.undefined
