lost my salery pay and got stuck on hourly pay

I work in michigan as a marine mechanic I have been on salery for 11 years me and other workers want to stay on salery but the new law states we can,t my job is concidered a seasonal job . we don,t want to change our pay stuctures because we will lose everything we worked for . what can we do?

Nothing. If the law says you don't qualify to be paid on a salaried basis, what do you expect you can do? Your employer cannot violate the law because you would prefer something the law says he can't do.
