What is the name of your state? Virginia
We have some renters that moved in not to long ago and the husband works on cars in his driveway. He has 3 parked in his backyard, 2 in the driveway along with several motorcycles.
Recently I noticed the part of my fence near his driveway has oil on it about 2 ft up from the bottom and about 6ft across. He leaves radiators, fluid and other things just laying around. I contacted the landlord and he stated he would do something about it but that was a few months ago.
We have been extremely forgiving of the renters that move in. None have ever taken care of the property, so we are forced to cut tree limbs that grow literally through the fence and other plants etc.
Lately the husband has been revving the engine on his motorcycle and his small car that appears to have special mufflers because its loud enough for the neighbors 4 doors down to hear it. I want to ignore it, but its just getting worse and worse.
The landlord unfortunately has bad reviews all over the internet and at this point will most likely do nothing.
I just want them to repair my fence(it is not a shared fence) and have the tenant stop revving the engines throughout the day for 45mins to sometimes 1 1/12 hours.
How should this be handled? I have also sent 1 email to the landlord a few weeks ago with no response.
