louisiana adoption reversal

grandparents adopted child to fradulently draw federal assistance. natural mother/father were unmarried at time, now married to other people. want to have child back in rights of birthparents (grandparents unwilling, will prob have to go to court)...would this be considered 2 parent adoption? is it allowed in La? when mother & father signed child over few years ago, father's name has never been on birth certificate. could we ask courts to "throw out" prior adoption due to fraud, and wouldn't the fact that father's name not on birth cert make the signing of the original adoption papers invalid, anyway?

So I think this is very unfortunate but you must also keep the child's interest in mind. You see that is what the court will deem as the priority -- what is in the child's best interest.
