undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Florida
I was recently hired at a restaurant that makes the wait person pay for any "mistakes" they make. For example, if someone orders a steak medium-rare and they punch in "medium" in the computer, and the steak is sent back, the management will charge the employee full price for the mistake.
I would like to know if this is legal in Florida.

Duplicate post.

Of course, one way to avoid the problem would be to be more careful and not punch the wrong item in.
