I loaned a magazine slides to be used in a special issue 5+ years ago and this person who runs the magazine refuses to return them. He has never used any of them since. He claims that I told him that there was no rush on getting them back which is not true.
The problem is that this magazine is a small 1 man operation located in Canada near the border of WA.
How can get these slides back? Some are 1 of a kind. Can I sue this guy for breech of contract even though there is nothing in writing ? HELP!
