Florida; I'm due back in court on 3/6 for 1/2 hour hearing with the judge on exceptions to General Master's recommendations. In the interim I have been trying without success to firm up visitation plans for this upcoming summer. I am entitled to a one week visitation period, (mutually agreed upon) in addition to the standard every other weekend, wednesday night and holiday visits. One of the contempt motions pending in court concerns last summers denied visitation for the one week period.

I have written twice to my ex's lawyer with a request for cooperation for this summer, my plans are to take my family to visit my parents in Texas, as my dad is in declining health with cancer and I want to take advantage of reduced plane fares. I have received no response. The matter is complicated further as I am under a no contact order until july with the ex due to her filing of ficticious charges of domestic violence.

If I don't hear from the ex on the request before next week, should I file some sort of motion to compel, prior to the hearing or just bring the matter to the judges attention when in the courtroom?
