Making product with photo of Vintage Toy

Maryland - I was thinking of making some products on Zazzle for sale, using a photo that I took of a 1973 toy. My gut is telling me no, that I would be infringing on someones rights to said toy.

Any advice please? TIA

If there are trademarks involved, you certainly could get into trouble with doing that.
