What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania.

Synopsis - ex GF - Bipolar and vicious. She was caught with another man and
imploded from there. Used a friend (always threatened with that). (You better watch it, I have a friend in the police department!)...

Anyhow - long story short - used friend in police to obtain search warrant for 2 homes, police friend and her lying and fabricating to obtain probable cause.
Searched home that stated I owned - which I did not, and they never made the two minute call to the local courthouse to see who actually owned it, but was a relatives house. Have statements from individuals she has told that she KNEW it was NOT my house! Police friend did it for a favor in hopes of finding charges on family member...
1. If I PROVE that she has threatened me with (police friend) and have statements to that effect - can the officer (i use that term lightly) be prosecuted and and can she be sued and/or prosecuted for sworn falsifications, etc.

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you
