I live in texas and had a facelift in March 03. the plastic surgeon had to do a second surgery in may 03 to even my eyebrows and something to do with scaring. It has not been a year and I look like I never had surgery. My right eye lid is buldging out and I have wrinkles around my mouth and my neck and chin are sagging. I don't look any different that before March 03. I would like to have my money back $9.700.00 i have called several lawyers and they have turned me down i do not understand why? How can they make a decision not seeing what i look like?

**A: because in their opinion, this is not the kind of money making case for them. Excuse the pun, but keep looking.

*** Elizabeth, I doubt that really happened. More likely they refused to take your case on contingency, but would take it on a retainer..... and that is not acceptable to you. If correct, the reason that they are reluctant to risk their time (and income) on your case is it is very likely a weak case subject to too many variables. They may feel that your case is not sufficient or strong enough to be likely of success.

*** Just like I did. These types of cases are very weak and are usually subjective. Also, courts (juries) usually are not sympathetic to issues of cosmetic surgery 'quality' unless there is a clear case of malpractice and sufficient damages.
