Is there any advice to give on dealing with the MMS Laws. My husband is in costudy with the feds for selling 5g or more of cocaine base. It is an automatic sentence of 5- 40 years and we have a 10 month old son. They are not looking at his prev. charges, which is a good thing,however if there is a way to get any more reduction or out of the MMS guidelines or suggestions please let me know? Oh-yeah please check out the Family's Against Mandatory Minimums Keyword FAMM. I live in North Carolina.
