I received an email which stated "You Are Autobytel's Winner of the Month. You've Won a Brand New Car". When I started to complete their attached form, there appeared sections for to me select METHOD OF PAYMENT. In my mind "winning" something means it's free. I noticed in the email I received, I was BCC'd. There was not "TO Jim". Is that their legal way of getting around having to honor up on the email statement to me? I am very sick and tired of these misleading marketing gimmicks. It's gotten me to the point that I want to make an issue out of this last one. Any advice would be appreciated.

You may want to report it to the Federal Trade Commission and the local state consumer protection agency.

And you may want to ask the CEO of AutoByTel what is up.
