hello i would like to know if i married someone and we never lived together even after the marriage is it possible the marriage can be annulled? the other question is if i were to die and a prenup was never filed can my new spouse obtain rights to my pension benefits, life insurance, and home? about 10-20 years ago i named my mother beneficiary to my benefits, but that was during another marrige and i never changed that information, my children are now adults and i would really like to know what would my husband be entitled to if a divorce or annulment is not complete upon my death?
