marriage soon but not to unborn baby's bio father

I am getting married in august and am pregnant. I'm due in November. The man I'm marrying isn't the biological father, and wants custody. What is the process I need to go through? Who goes on the birth certificate? How do I relinquish parental custody from the biological father? Also, if adoption is required, does adoption cost anything? What is the process for that?

You didnt say if the baby's father wants to be in the child's life...if not then you can have him relinquish his rights...you may have to wait until you are married though so the courts will see that your husband will provide for the child...I am in a similar situation we found out for my husband to adopt my daughter it will cost upwards of $1,000.00...find a good lawyer that has payment plans (they DO exist) GOOD LUCK
