Married a Tourist-Please Help!

I married a lady that came to US as a tourist in June 1999. We got married Aug. 1999 and filed I130 in Nov. 1999. We had a baby girl in 3/2000 I have lived in US for the past 23 years but only have a Green Card. Should get my Citizenship anytime now. Can my wife obtain legal papers? Like SS# and D.L. We live in Texas.

Did you file I765 at the same time as the I130 ? Does she have any proof of her status in the US ?
