My brother just got married. The woman he married came into the U.S. illegally. Will she be able to become a citizen? Can he fill out the i-485 form? She had a visa at one time and her sister tried to use her visa and was caught. They stamped her visa "cancelled" and she never got another one. Please help!

Did she enter with a visa and is now illegal or did he not use any visa and entered illegally ?

If she never used a visa and entered the us via the back door then she will have little hope of staying as that is the one time when you can not use the I-485 and adjust status. I suggest she finds a good immigration attorney for advice.
