We are getting married and wonder what the laws are concerning bad credit. For example, if my husband loses his job and cannot pay his bills, how will it effect my credit? Can they come after me for his mistakes? Also, if we get married in Las Vegas, will that effect any laws according to the state we reside in? We were told that if we get married in Vegas, laws are different.
