I live in PA. I am having marital issues right now. My husband just took off in my car and said he may not be coming back. The car is registered in my name, financed in my name and insured in my name only. Can I report it stolen legally, even if it is my husband in it? He has also been drinking.

I would suggest calling the police right away. Since he has been drinking, if he gets into an accident, then you will be held responsible since you are the sole owner of the nehicle. Is he listed as a driver on your insurance policy? I know that it is in your name, but he may be added. If he is not, your insurance company will not cover him should he get into an accident, and (God FOrbid!!) kill someone. SO call them NOW!!

He is listed as a driver on the policy. It troubles me deeply that he is out there with other people on the road. I'll have to do the right thing, even if they only pick him up for a DUI.
