What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ny

My son is a resident of PR and lives with his mother. His mother has just had the courts send my job an execution for medical support. I have a family and another child from my second wife who I am supporting and I have health insurance which covers me and in another 6 months my infant daughter. I already pay $400 monthly in child support and I know her (sons mom) job covers his health insurance and she makes somewhat more then I do plus shes' single.
After child support, taxes, and my own health insurance etc I barely have any money left over from my check, if I add him to my insurance the premiums will be really high as I will have 2 children on it. I really can't afford it and i know for sure that she can, what can i do? Any advise?
