Fortunately you can not sue someone for your own foolishness. Harsh word, but you sold everything, dragged two children across the country to be with a man who was married??

for a MARRIED man???

what did you have?

a man that tricked you, used you and didn't leave his wife. and what if he would have left her? what would you have? a man that cheated on his wife with you and will eventually end up cheating on you with someone else.

met him on the internet

no offense to internet romance and all of the couples who met, fell instantly in love, were married and lived happily ever after. but are you nuts????

he could have been a nut, a serial killer, anything. a case outside of st. louis comes to mind, serial killer, meeting on the internet and the police finding a storage shed full of oil drums - oh yeah, they contained the decomposing bodies of some of the women that he met on line.

sold everything I had to come here to be with him.

so....where is the money from selling everything that you had?
