divorced in the state of iowa.
when my husband filed for divorce i couldnt afford an attny and agreed to anything just to get out of the marriage. i gave up my rights to half of his military retirement and now i was wondering if it were possible to take him back to court and get what the us govt states i am entitled to as a military spouse of ten years. by the way i was divorced without any legal representation at all.

Since you decided to continue without an attorney and signed whatever he presented to you, then you have no recourse to get his pension.
