What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

Hi everyone do to unfortunate circumstances my husband and I are pretty far behind on our mortgage payments we are currently in a chapter 13 now with the trustee taking almost $200 a week out of my husband check. our mortgage payments are not included in that. do we have any hope to saving our home?

Why in the world wasn't your mortgage included in the Chapter 13?
