Indiana. I recently had a civil trial in which judgment has not yet been entered yet, where my atty refused to enter, cross exam, or file counter charges of many seperate incidents that would have proven the plaintif and their witnesses to be liars and breaking chargable laws which would have shown the plaintiff and witnesses to be not credible. Is there anything that can be done before a judgement to bring out the truth now. Can all my evidence not submitted which has even made the plaintiff add another charge against me ever be submitted.
