missing father on birth certifacte

I am a 22 year old working mother about to be married. My son was just reacently born and my husband would like to adopt him. We live in the state of florida and my son was also born here. When My son was born the biological father was not in the picture at all therefore there is not father listed on his birth certifacte. So my question is when I go to file adoption papers how to I fill out the part requiring the fathers premission, and do I still have to run the add in the paper because there is no father listed??

The biological hit me when I was 3 months pregant, I told him to move out and have not heard from him. He has never been around to even know his son he is an abusive man. My husband to be was there the day my son was born and has helped raise him sience that day. So how would I go about the change.
