Ex-wife on 4th DWI, on probation. Picked up last October for speeding and driving w/o license. She has just pled not-guilty. I have been told her case is now set up for Trial Management.
What does this mean? Why would she plead not-guilty when she obviously was driving w/o license? Will she have a separate hearing for breaking probation on her DWI? Will she end up in jail or the infamous House Arrest which is a joke? Very frustrating!

AS LONG AS SHE DOESNT HAVE CUSTODY OF YOUR KIDS.. let her kill herself..... but she will take others with her next time......

Any way to disable her car...like sugar and sand down the gas tank?

she probably aint got no money to even think about buying another car!
