What is the name of your state? NH.. My b/f is paying for child support for 3 kids well 3 yrs ago one son graduated and the other one turned 18 in 2006 and did not finish school he quit...he is afraid to have his payments lower cuz hes afriad he will have to pay more for one kid....they live in mo....hes been paying the same for 5 yrs now....what do u think???

I think he should look up a support calculator online and figure out what his obligation would be before he makes a motion to have it recalculated.
I think your bf should run the numbers via one of several child support calculators that are available online to get an idea. I also think your bf should file for a modification of child support since two children are (should be) considered emancipated. His ex must be ecstatic he hasn't filed yet and she's getting that much $$$.

This is the excel version of the calculator that MO uses to determine CS - it's what would actually need to be submitted to the court. I have yet to find a calculator through google that figures MO CS correctly.
