What is the name of your state?Oregon I have a tmporary restraining order against me ex for me, I tried to gt it for my young daughters also because of abuse. The judge stated that he can not overide the visitation that has alrady been put into place by another attorney. I then got a modification for the restraining order because it did not state how close he could come to me and my property, he likes to drive past my house. In this I put he cannot come within 200 feet of me, my residence or the children, the judge signed it. Now did this one overide the last one pertaining to the children.
