I divorced after 25 years of marriage, it was a no fault divorce. We have a daughter in college that is now 21. I made at that time approx. 165,000 income, I wanted to be fair to the mother of my child, so I gave her 40% of my income and I also agreed to pay all expenses for daughter, including college, rent, car payment etc. I also gave my exwife half of my retirement. My exwife did not work much at the time of the divorce, she used her condition as a reason not to work, she has a very mild case of multiple sclerosis. She has not had a problem with it in over 15 years. She rides horses everyday, skis etc. My had several injuries 2 years ago and have had two surgeries that required me to decrease my hours at work to 32 hours week and I also missed four months of work. I have seen a lawyer and have requested modification of alimony since she now takes 100% of my income since I am not working as much. I wondered what my chances are for getting it reduced. I live off my current wife at this time and she also pays all my daughters college expenses. Please give me advice.
