What is the name of your state? MD

Hi, I read a lot about modification from CP rather than NCP. So I have questions about NCP modification. Is the court accept modification when my ex remarried? I know that her new spouse's income won't be considered. But what I am thinking is that now her household's income is changed tremendously.

Secondly, I pay 100% medical insurance for my son. Since my son is having an extraordinary medical problem, can I ask the court to make her pay 50 / 50? She did not mentioned this on court last time.

Before a modification can be done, there has to be a change of circumstances:

Your ex getting married and having a larger HOUSEHOLD income is NOT a change that matters.

If the out of pocket, uncovered portions of your son's medical bills has increased substancially, it may or may not be enough of a change. It depends on what the order already says and the last time it was modified.
