My mom just finalized her divorce and the court ordered Dad to pay 1000 mnth. The problem is we cannot find dad he has run off with another woman. I suspect that he transferred assets to her prior to leaving mom. If I hire a PI to track him down. What can be done to recover loss of assets and alimony?
