What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

I would like some advice on how to handle this situation. In January of 2002 I received a monetary judgement against two defendents in the excess of 250k from the superior court of New Jersey:

Intentional Personal injuries sustained in New Jersey

$100,000 each for pain and suffering
2,500 each for court costs and depositions
15,350 for medical bills
10,000 for punitive damages

Question:

-How long do I have to enter this into a state wide lien?
-How would I register this state wide lien?
-How can I locate what the defendents own (Assets)?
-What would be the smartest approach to this judgement?
(Defendents might file for BK if they hae no assets, also both
defendents are in their mid 20's)
-Should I wait to see if the defendents have some type of asset to go after?

Any feedback from this forum would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

Here is the only info I can give you to help you out:

-What would be the smartest approach to this judgement? Attach bank acct: Note: There is not wage attachment in PA.
(Defendents might file for BK if they hae no assets, also both
defendents are in their mid 20's)
Answer: If debtors file BK you and get discharged, you are SOL.
-Should I wait to see if the defendents have some type of asset to go after? Check with the court to see how long a judgment in that court is good for. Also ask the court if you can do an Examination of the debtor, usually known as an OEX or oral exam.

I don't know if you can do state wide liens, many states lien by county on property or just name of debtor. Check court.

You will need to find out, how I couldn't tell you, other than to hire a PI or ?, the following info:

Own any real estate property
Own any vehicles
Banking Accounts, personal, checking, savings
Are debtors going to inherit anything?

PS: Did you have an atty help you on this?

YEs I had an attorney help me with this case. He informed me that I would have to look into this further on my own, and if I needed help from him it will cost me. Should I file the state lein on these individuals? I did a little research on the internet and found that some businessess can find if people have assets or property in their name for a fee. Is this safe to do? Is it legal? or should I steer myself away from this. Thank you for your advice, I really appreciate all the help you have gave me.
