undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Hawaii :)

A few months ago my employer dropped a bomb on me about my dental plan coverage.. she informed me that I have be covered for a year BUT they were not taking the deductable out of my check  So now they are saying I owe over $600.00 in back pay. I had no idea, they do not explain anything and I seen two deductables for medical so i just thought the dental was one of them :(
I'm I responsible to pay it back? I plan to since I can not afford to lose this job but I feel they are more at fault so I made a term.. I'd pay the amount with monthly payments
with the agreement that if in the event they terminate me for whatever reason before the amount is paid off that I will not be held responsible any more. I'am at right to ask such a term? once & if they agree.. do i need to get the agreement noterized?

The word "deductibles" in this context makes no sense at all.

Do you mean that the company inadvertently did not take the dental premium deductions from your paycheck for the past year and now you owe $600 in back premiums? Sure, you can ask your employer if they will agree that if they terminate you for some reason, they will forgive any balance due. I see no reason why they would agree to that however.
