When this happened I was a 64 yr old woman - I am a minority senior whose reverse mortgage documents got falsified by the broker- He inflated my income, he inflated the value of my house he transposed my original signature. I was funded a reverse mortgage at the age of 64 - in order to pay off my ex husband his half of the house- When this broker found out the balance of my equity after I paid off my ex husband he lied to me and lured me mislead me misguided me then lied to me so more to trick me to sign the wrong forms (such as a conventional mortgage) disguised as reverse - when I questioned him about why I had to fill out those forms he told me that they were directly related to my reverse - HE LIED - it's almost impossible for anyone to read through lies of a professional- when I asked him what he was doing with the balance of my equity he lied to me and told me that that balance had to pay off the first amount that I took from my reverse (REVERSE MORTGAGE BY THE WAY NEVER GET PAID UNLESS YOU MOVE OUT OF THE HOUSE) The second amount of my equity did not have to be removed - this broker took it - (manipulated it in such a way that it "looks" like it "could" be a regular mortgage) - and made me pay it back as a regular conventional mortgage where they made me pay it (THIS IS MY OWN REVERSE MORTGAGE) at 85% of my monthly income leaving me with minimal amount for me and my three children- one day I finally received all the false applications and false inflations and pasting - forging and falsifications he had created using my name and information- He used my name my equity and falsified my entire reverse mortgage - held on to it as a reverse then refuse to FINALIZE MY REVERSE - then he converted it to a CONVENTIONAL to sell it to Bank of America as a conventional mortgage (FROM AN UN-FINALIZED REVERSE TO A FAKE FICTITIOUS CONVENTIONAL -(THIS WAS TOLD TO ME As per the director of Finance - how this director found out: he refused to finalize my fully funded reverse in order to convert it into a conventional to be able to sell it to Bank of America first then Bank of America sold it to Nationstar Mortgage- they all knew that he was cheating and defrauding me, THEY ALL WORKED WIT HIM AND COLUUDED WITH HIM - I have more information much more - Anyone who went through the same situation ?- I would appreciate some legal advice or some input- I can also let you know where I stand today with this situation-
