We have made three trial payments which were applied to principle, interest, escrow. Funds from these payments were also applied to unknown fees which have not been disclosed. Per the trial period plan lender will hold payments until they total an amount that is enough to pay my oldest payment in full...This was not followed by the mortgage service company as as numerous fees were paid with the first trial payment.
Modification document was received and contains New loan term, interest rate, and new increased principle balance....There is no disclosure of itemized amounts which have been added to the old loan balance which includes numerous fees that have not been specifically disclosed.
In addition, the modification states that all miscellaneous fees and costs may not have not been included in the modification and will remain outstanding.
This loan modification comes over a year of trying to get it......Please let me know what you think as far as signing the agreement and any other input
