Mortgage payment booklet

My mortgage company have not sent us a mortgage payment booklet yet. We closed in July 2000. Each month when we make our monthly mortgage payment we request a mortgage payment booklet they still have not responsed and we have called several time. They always tell us they are going to send it next month. Can you please advice next step we should take. We resident in the state Georgia.

Sue then using Title 1099 of the Mortgagees Fair Debt and Responsibilities Act To Mortgagors Section 151 of the Administrative Rules Subsection VI Titled Mortgage Lenders Must Deliver Mortgage Payment Booklet To Borrowers And Co-Borrowers from Federal Special Session Congressional Rulings and Regulatory Agencies Act of 1984. If your mortgage loan was not sold on the secondary market to a Federal government sponsored entity ie. Fannie Mae, Elly Mae, Freddie Mac or other government entity then the above does not apply. Simply send a certified letter to the President of the mortgage company requesting the mortgage payment booklet.
