What is the name of your state? Oregon My Mother just died, she left no will. She left alot of debt to creditors, she was living on Social Security. I have no money myself. Who will pay her debt to the creditors? My Mother owned no property. How do I get this resolved?

Send a copy of the death certificate to the creditors advising that there is no money in the estate. You are not responsible for the debts. Do not give them your telephone number, name or address or they might start harassing you.
