What is the name of your state?Californi/Arkansas
My 103 year old mother-in-Law whom the family and friends just calls Granny is slowly going senile. She has lived with me since her daughter, my wife, died
over 45 years ago and has been with the family even after we struck it rich and moved to Californi nearly 43 years ago. Now she is going senile, even though shes always been eggcentric. She cant remember the family half the time, she does strange things such as walking down the street at 3 AM screamin, she cant even remember her medicine recipes, and some things too strange I don' even wanna mention. I don't want to put 'er in an ole age home during her final years but what other alternatives do I have?

Have you looked into...

I don't know what you mean by stricking it rich but have you looked into getting Granny round the clock supervised in home care. The staff would be able to make sure Granny didn't harm herself or others, even though unintentionally, most people in these feilds are fully trained nurses and would have references to back up thier qualifications.

I am just inputting my opinion in. Thanks
