What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

I have 2 children with my ex (unmarried). I now have custody of my son because she said she couldn't handle him anymore due to him starting to get into trouble and school. She does have custody of my daughter. My ex was dating a person for over 6 years that was constantly going in and out of jail for drug charges and other misc charges. She has since left that boyfriend and traded him in for a new boyfriend that is currently in prison for possession of Meth. I am now finding out that he is getting out soon and that my ex is planning on moving in with him. How can I go about fighting for custody of my daughter as well. I've been to court maybe 20+ times over the past 9 years because of issues with her parenting. I have her new boyfriends criminal records at my disposal (public records). I see no violent charges but his criminal record is outrageous. From driving while suspended, theft, possession, dealing (meth). All charges from 2004 to present. What are my options?

I am not sure that you have any. He has paid he debt to society and is presumably reformed, and has no violent charges. You can certainly get a consult with a local attorney who is more familiar with the climate of the courts in your specific community, but again, I am not sure that you have any options at this point. That is not to say that you might not have options in the future, but I am not sure that you have any right now.
