My Fiance's ex wants to leave with the Kids back to Japan. The kids have dual citizenship Japan and US. His divorce decree states that they can not leave the geographical are for a year and even than just after a new hearing. last Christmas she sent the eldest child to Japan with out advising him. It was his turn to have the kids. Is there something he can file with Immigration so that this is caught?
