I live in AZ. My ex was unhappy with the 187/mo ruling for child support. He filed a motion, I filed a response, the court responded by saying that he did not file in a timly manner. His lawyer then filed a motion for reconsideration at the end of May. I have yet to hear from the court of his lawyer and was curious how long this takes to get a response and if I need to do anything while waiting. Thanks.
