What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

History:
In January of this year, I appeared telephonically for sanctions against my X and whether bond would be required for future parenting time exchanges. The judge ordered sanction against my X: attorney fees, costs associated with filing all of this, and my costs to retrieve the child. The judge ordered interest to be charged for this order, along with the two prior orders that he has failed to pay. The bond was not ordered.

Because I appeared telephonically, I did NOT hear everything very well. I relied on my attorney to make sure that all the numbers that were stated would be in the order.

My attorney has NOT been fully paid. She received parts of her attorney fees as I could pay, but she doesn't have it all. The garnishment will help in this matter.

Problem:
My attorney cannot be reached. I have sent out emails and repeated voicemails to have her return my call. That office has NOT has not answer their call ONCE in 8 months. I can't just go to the office because I live in Florida. The order has NOT been filed.

I have needed the amount that was ordered for me, so that I can calculate the interest. I've figured out how to calculate the interest rate (pain in the you know what since the rate changes every 6 months.)

I obviously need the order to be filed. The attorney has NOT filed a motion to withdraw from my case. I can't type the order because there is an attorney of record.

Question:
I have to ways to go about this.
1. I can file a motion to be heard in front of the same judge who ordered my attorney to type the order to remove her.
2. I file the order myself

or

3. I figure out how to get my attorney to just type up that stupid order once she gives me the amount that was ordered for me so that the interest can be calculated.

I cannot find a good example of a Motion to Compel (not sure if this is right) - though process is that I want her to comply with the judge's orders to write the order

or
Is it a show cause because she has not done what the judge ordered her to do.

Help.
