I recently won a small claims in which I was the plaintiff. The defendant filed an appeal. The appeal was dismissed due to his not showing. He had to put up a bond to file the appeal. Now I'm told I have to prepare an "order" - a motion to release a bond. There are no forms. What needs to be in this order? I don't know what all to put in it. Any one know the procedure for this? I'm from Las Vegas.
