What is the name of your state? Missouri

Short and to the point:

Filed for a PO from a neighbor.
Neighbor served TRO same day I filed.
Two weeks later, neighbor a no show at full order hearing.
Full order granted uncontested.
Neighbor retains attorney who files a Motion to Set Aside the day after the hearing.

Generally, how successful are motion to set aside verdicts when the respondent is a no show and was properly served? (I would ask specifically, but obviously no one can say how the family court commissioner will rule)

Thanks.

Good Grief?!?

Found out the basis for the motion to set aside is that respondent was not at hearing and was in default.

SO, after being properly served notice of date and time ten days prior to hearing, it is still possible to move to set aside a default judgment on the basis the respondent was not present?
