Moving in OC CA

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I live in OC and I am moving on the 1st of Dec... I am the custodial parent. I am moving within the same county, about 7 miles farther away from the NCP. we exchange our daughter at the police station so the exchange location will not change... Do I need to let the courts know, and how do I let them know?

You will need to update your address with the CSE and with dad, but I am not sure that you need to do anything else.
