I got a ticket in Irving, Tx. 7 years ago ( i was in prison for the last 6 yrs for those wondering). I'm going to trial because i did not commit the violations...i drive a crown Vic police car which the police seemed to hate. An undercover officer radio'd another officer and had him pull me over. After a long hassle, they wrote me a ticket for unsafe lane change and failure to signal. This officer didn't see any of this but was only going on what the undercover had told him (who never came to the scene) Is this legal, and do i have an argument in trial? I was also wrote a ticket for failure to display driving license when the officer loss it and my insurance card
