What is the name of your state? MA

I had an Attorney that claims that I gave him a Durable Power of Attorney.
I absolutely do not have any Memory of signing that document.

I believe some kind of trick was played on me. I never saw the whole document, nor did I ever read such a document.

He received a $32,000.00 IRS refund check made out to me and in my name.
He then signed my name to the back of the check and cashed the check and told me that he had every right to do that, and now he refuses to turn those funds over to me. He has also taken money out of a trust fund account of mine that he was the trustee for his fees and other Purposes.

I have reported him to the MA Board of Bar Overseers.

I do not seem to be getting anywhere with my efforts.

A Probate Court has found that he is in violation of his his Fiduciary Duty to safeguard the trust.

My Losses are over $500,000.00.

I want to sue the ******* ! Do I have a case?
