What is the name of your state?Kentucky. I have a civil suit pending in US District Court against Correctional Medical Service and its employees. I was given the right to disposition some of the co-defendants in the suit by the court, but the lawyer has informed me that he is not able to get in touch with one of the co-defendants that has left their employment. is there is any recourse under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rules 26, 37. Because we have to response to a request for summary judgment by the company.
