What is the name of your state? Missouri

An elderly woman died twenty years ago in Boston, Mass. There was no will and no probate. She is survived by a daughter residing in Missouri, who is now elderly herself. At issue is vacant lot located rural in Nevada, worth between $500 and $1000. The daughter has paid property taxes on that property for approximately twenty years. The daughter would like to get the property in her name so she can sell it.

Nevada law requires that all real property transfers be made through a court. I'm thinking she needs to do a "set aside estate without administration" but the multi-state situation is a little confusing. Does Massachusetts need to get involved? Does Missouri need to get involved? Can she get an order in Missouri and file the order with an affidavit in Nevada, or does a Nevada judge need to get involved?
